We will arrange a suitable time and day to bring your bike in. In most case the bike will be fixed and ready for collection the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions
    Do you service all bikes?

        We can service / repair all makes of bikes from basic town bikes to state of the art road bikes including electronic gear shifting. 

    Do you keep spare parts on site?

        We keep large stock of Shimano workshop spares covering the majority of repairs. We prefer to fix parts rather than replace them.

    How do I book in?

        Please phone after 0930 on a Monday morning for an appointment. We will in most cases get the bike back to you later that day. 01463 225965.

Born 1965 in Inverness and co-founder of Bikes of Inverness with Hamish and Roddy.


As a joiner, along with Roddy we built the shop from scratch back in 1987.


My sport background from the age of 15 was road cycling. I did this till the age of 29 with the highlight being representing Scotland in the 1994 Commonwealth games in Canada.

Coming from a Trials background meant that repairs have been high on the to do list since the first bike arriving.

Hi, my name is Gavin and I am one of the mechanics in the shop. I live in Inverness with my partner Sarah and our spaniel Chuck. Outside of work I spend my time gaming, hillwalking with Chuck and I love music, especially live music
